How Long Does Shipping Take?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Florida, USA via UPS.
All rates are automated at checkout based on the order's zip code & weight.
Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process prior to shipping.
(Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods.)
Domestic Rates (USA):
Estimated 3 – 5 business days after shipment.
International Rates:
Estimated 2 – 3 weeks after shipment, depending on customs clearance.
Delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped from our warehouse.

How is Shipping Calculated?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, destination country, zip/postal code, package weight, and dimensions.
We do not inflate shipping costs. Rates reflect live courier pricing.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
Available shipping speeds are displayed during checkout and vary based on destination and zip code. We do not offer separate Express shipping outside of the options shown at checkout.
How Long Do Pre-Orders Take to Ship?
Pre-orders have an estimated ship month provided directly in the product page.
For example:
If a product states "Estimated Ship Month: April," this means your item will ship from our Florida warehouse in April. Shipping time begins after it leaves our warehouse.
International pre-orders require additional transit time (approximately 2–3 weeks) after shipment, plus any customs processing time.
If you have placed a "Pre-Order" or "Made-to-Order" item, please be informed that we will hold your entire shipment until that order is ready to dispatch.
Because our products contain LED components and batteries, international customs inspections may occasionally extend transit time.
Pre-orders are non-refundable once production begins.
Estimated shipping windows are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be impacted by production, customs, or import delays.
If you are ordering for a specific event date, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance.

Return Policy: For returns or exchanges, please reach out to us at info@neoncowboys.com. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our unique light-up apparel and accessories.
We will replace faulty items if the following conditions are met:
- The items have arrived damaged or faulty, and proof of damage is provided within 7 days of delivery.
- The items have not been worn or altered in any way.
- Photos & videos of your order will be required prior to us accepting a return to ensure that we can assist in troubleshooting the technology to solve any issues.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed, excluding the original shipping cost.
- Orders over $1,000 are not eligible for refunds once shipped.
Refunds/Cancellations for Pre-Orders: We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any pre-orders. The purchase of a pre-order contributes directly to the production of the product.
All pre-orders have "Estimated Delivery Date" included in the product title which has an estimated shipping window. This does not guarantee that your order will arrive within that window due to potential production, customs, and/or import delays.
Please note, even if your pre-order item doesn't reach you in time for your event, we are unable to issue a refund. Pre-orders remain non-refundable in all circumstances.
Returns Shipping Cost: The shipping cost for returning items to Neon Cowboys for an exchange or refund is not covered by us. However, if your order has not yet shipped, you will not need to cover any additional shipping cost - unless you are needing to split ship your pre-order order or expedite ship.
Return Address: All returns should be sent to our Returns Warehouse in Florida. We will provide you with the complete address when we guide you through the refund approval process. Please do not ship your order to our address before receiving refund approval to ensure a successful refund issuance.
Damaged or Faulty Orders: While we strive to provide top-quality products, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us promptly at info@neoncowboys.com. We require images/video of the damaged product to assist you through troubleshooting and resolving the issue as swiftly as possible.
Gift Cards/Returns
All returns are issued as gift cards. We'll email you a gift card as soon as your return has been processed. If you can't find your gift card, be sure to check your spam/promotions inboxes!
